Welcome to OnlyHunts! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnlyHunts website and services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by OnlyHunts ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

OnlyHunts provides a platform to connect hunters with outfitters. We are not a party to any booking agreements entered into between hunters and outfitters. All financial transactions, payments, and refunds are handled directly between the user and the outfitter. We do not process payments and are not responsible for any financial disputes.

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts. You are prohibited from violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no case shall OnlyHunts, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
